Frequently Asked Questions
How come your pricing is so low compared to other retailers?
We enjoy providing quality products for our customers without the cost. Because we do not have the overhead and expenses compared to other retail storefronts and businesses, we are able to keep our operating costs extremely low. Why charge more when you don't have to? That's our philosophy and we are sticking to it.
Do you carry other products aside from the ones listed?
Yes, we are able to carry any products from the various quality manufacturers on our website and sometimes others as well. Simply contact us if there is a product that you are interested in ordering. It never hurts to ask.
How will I be notified that my items are ready for delivery?
You will receive all notifications regarding your purchase through email. This includes order confirmation, order processing, and shipping information. If the purchase order involves delivery from Colorado Fireplace Supply, a customer service representative will contact you to schedule your delivery. Specialty ordered items my take up to 3 weeks to receive them.
Do you install?
Unfortunately we do not do installation. We may be able to refer you to a contractor in your area who can facilitate your installation.
Do you warranty the products you offer?
We have no direct means to warranty the products. Warrantying the product is up to the sole discretion of the customer. Most products will come from the manufacturer and may be included in the paperwork delivered with the product. It is highly advised to register your product if a warranty is offered.
Do you have a physical storefront or burn room?
We do not have a customer-facing storefront. The reason we are able to keep our prices low is because we don't have a brick and mortar retail store which means we don't have overhead like other storefronts. We like the fact that we can keep our prices decisively low keeping more in your pocket.
How do I know which model fireplace is right for me?
This comes down to preference and your needs and wants. It also comes down to your personal application and installation. It is recommended to first look at the type of fireplace and the size requirements for your scenario. Then decide on the style of the unit. There is no right answer when it comes to stylistic preferences, only what makes you happy.
How do you ship the fireplaces?
Smaller electric fireplaces and gas logs are shipped ground. Larger fireplaces such as direct vents and inserts are shipped LTL freight on a pallet. For more information regarding shipping, see our Shipping page.
